Shipping
Orders ship Canada Post Express within 2-3 days. Please allow up to a week for your purchase to arrive; we will send you tracking information via email. Free shipping on orders over $250.00 CDN.

Returns and Exchange
Send us an e-mail info@finewoodornaments.ca – please state reason for return. We will email you back with all necessary information for return of goods. Exchanges within 45 days. Items for exchange must be returned in their original wrapping.
